UnderAsk, Inc., a Florida corporation ("UnderAsk"), will provide the vehicle pricing assistance described below to the customer identified in this agreement ("you"). You retain sole authority to evaluate quotes, select a dealership, and decide whether to proceed with a transaction. UnderAsk cannot accept an offer or otherwise commit you to a transaction. Any purchase, lease, financing, trade-in, deposit, payment, or delivery arrangement must be independently approved by you and handled directly with the dealership or other provider you select.

UnderAsk will make a good-faith effort to research your vehicle criteria, contact independent licensed dealerships, request and seek improvements to non-binding price quotes, ask dealers to confirm their quotes in writing, and present confirmed quotes for your review. UnderAsk chooses which dealerships to contact and how to conduct outreach. No minimum number of responses or quotes is promised unless expressly stated above.
If you select an offer and request the dealership’s contact information, UnderAsk will email you the dealership’s and salesperson’s contact information, the dealership’s email confirming the offer details and pricing, and a sample email you may use to contact the salesperson if you choose to proceed. UnderAsk will separately email the dealership the confirmed offer and only your first name, stating that you will be in touch shortly. Selecting a quote does not accept an offer or reserve a vehicle. All further transaction communications, contracts, financing, payments, trade-in, delivery, and post-sale matters occur directly between you and the dealership. The request ends when its agreed services are completed, its stated period expires, or it is terminated under the Terms of Use.
You authorize UnderAsk, through its personnel and automated tools, to contact dealerships by email or telephone, share your vehicle criteria and general location, request and negotiate non-binding price quotes without your approval of each message, and ask dealers to confirm pricing, fees, conditions, and quote expiration in writing.
During outreach, UnderAsk will not share your name or personal contact details. When you affirmatively request an introduction, you authorize UnderAsk to share your name, email address, and selected quote with that dealership. The introduction allows you to discuss the quote directly with the dealer; it does not accept the quote, reserve a vehicle, or commit you to a transaction.
This authorization is limited to the communications described above and is not a power of attorney. It does not permit UnderAsk to accept or reject offers for you, make a binding commitment, represent that you have agreed to purchase, reserve or order a vehicle, sign or approve transaction documents, handle vehicle deposits or purchase funds, approve a trade-in, apply for credit, authorize a credit inquiry, arrange financing, or take title, possession, or delivery of a vehicle.
You may withdraw this authorization and ask UnderAsk to stop further outreach by contacting the support email located in the Terms of Use. Withdrawal does not reverse communications already sent or cancel any agreement you independently entered with a dealership. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Terms of Use.
Provide accurate and complete vehicle criteria, contact and location information, and promptly advise us of changes. Use the Service for your own personal vehicle shopping, respond reasonably promptly to requests for clarification, and do not ask UnderAsk to provide false or misleading information. Material changes to your search may require a revised request and a separately approved fee.
Independently evaluate each quote and verify the vehicle and VIN, condition, history, title, recalls, availability, taxes, fees, incentives and your eligibility for them, optional products, financing or lease terms, trade-in arrangements, deposit refundability, and delivery before paying or signing. Review the dealership’s written quote and final transaction documents rather than relying solely on UnderAsk’s summaries or estimates. Resolve discrepancies and confirm all final terms directly with the dealership before proceeding.
You may decline all quotes or shop elsewhere. You alone decide whether to proceed and approve every transaction. Selecting a quote or requesting an introduction through UnderAsk does not accept an offer, reserve a vehicle, or authorize any payment or purchase.
Your fee pays for UnderAsk’s research, dealer outreach, and assistance obtaining and improving non-binding quotes. It is not a vehicle deposit or down payment and is not contingent on savings or a completed transaction. UnderAsk receives no dealer, manufacturer, or lender compensation for this request. You authorize the one-time total charge stated above and commencement of outreach after acceptance and payment. Outreach may begin within minutes. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Terms of Use.
UnderAsk does not guarantee a particular price, the lowest available price, savings, dealer participation, vehicle availability, or that a dealer will honor a quote. Quotes may change, expire, omit charges, or depend on financing, incentives, residency, or other eligibility requirements. A dealer’s written confirmation reflects the dealer’s stated terms; it is not an independent verification or guarantee by UnderAsk. Dealerships are independent businesses responsible for their own representations, transaction documents, and performance.
UnderAsk uses AI and automated tools that may misread information, omit fees or conditions, or produce inaccurate summaries or estimates. Review the dealer’s source quote and final transaction documents, which control over an UnderAsk summary, and resolve discrepancies directly with the dealer before proceeding. UnderAsk does not inspect vehicles, verify their condition or title, or provide legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice.
UnderAsk does not hold a motor vehicle broker or dealer license or registration in any state and does not represent that it is licensed or registered as such. UnderAsk does not undertake to act as your fiduciary, exercise discretion over your purchase, or assume authority beyond the limited communications authorized in this agreement. You retain control over every transaction decision. These disclosures do not establish a licensing exemption or waive duties imposed by law.
The additional warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other protections in the Terms of Use apply to this agreement and the Services.
The Terms of Use at https://underask.ai/terms are incorporated into this agreement and govern all other matters, including payment and refunds, geographic availability, suspension and termination, privacy-related obligations, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. This agreement controls only its expressly stated request details and service scope; it does not modify the Terms of Use refund or dispute provisions.
